[s-cars] what's the low-down on dealer keys from codes now?

Quick update on this situation and shout out thanks to everybody who
replied: Indeed calling other dealers recommended by listers revealed that
the first dealer was applying JDGAFS methodology (aka "just don't give a
friggin $h!t"). Another dealer says they CAN order a key and have it under
way. Moral of story: don't always believe crap answers from stealers.
Related - any NoVA / DC Metro area folks have any glowing indy mechanic
recommendations? I thought she had one but turns out not...
