Sikkens - they have many types so look carefully. EXPENSIVE but my 10 year  
old fence only needed rebrushed after 9 years (its a year over due). I did  
use the high end product though.

I would not use the product I used on my fences for a deck as it has a bit  
of a sheen to it. I need to do my deck this year so I will be checking into  
the proper Sikkens to use.
