[s-cars] Tailgate strut installed (+pic O day)

Here is the link to Bill's strut source;  notice it is in Riga,  
Latvia.  I can see a little room for bargaining, but I doubt
it would cover the additional shipping to each individual.  We would  
have to save 15% to just cover that.  Bill says
offer $23 since he took his offer and save a couple of bucks.
