I think that Bill is offering a solution for door hinges; if it is the  
seals instead, I think that Wurth gummifluge or whatever is the  
stuff.  A dry silicone
lubricant will also work and is a good lube for the sunroof.  A door  
adjustment may be in order if you have wind noise as well.
