[s-cars] Cruise Control inoperable

Based upon having dismantled the switch and seeing it's construction, spraying cleaner on it will get virtually none to the actual contacts.  I think people who have had this work have just been lucky.

A common problem is dirty contacts in the control switch.
I've read the fix is to spray electrical contact cleaner into the switch and "work" the switches.
