Konstantine,
Those flanges were really punky on my car too. I wound up building them back
up with a mig welder, then grinding them back into the correct shape. It was
a bunch of work, but the result was good, and I saved hundreds of dollars.
I'm sure an exhaust shop could do something cheaper, perhaps by modifying
some off the shelf flanges. As for the welding at the mid muffler, that
might be fixable by welding, perhaps not.
