The names may have changed, but I think the principals are still in  
business.  I don't think UrS4 brakes are one of their top products  
though.
I think this would be a good place to start, and maybe end up as well,  
depending on your desired kit:  Note that by calling you could source
all parts through them.

Or here is another source for complete kits, which is what I gather  
you are interested in, rather than sourcing individual parts on your
