Is that Pennzoil Platinum 5W40? I didn't know they even made that grade.

Any details on the oil- VAG certification?

BTW, have you tried German Castrol 0W30? I'm running that now in the
Corvette, which calls for Mobil 1 5W30, but people have been running the
German Castrol with very good results. One of the few oils you can buy at
Autozone that is a true full synthetic. I might switch to Redline though, at
least for the cars that don't require many oil changes a year.
