[s-cars] Mileage with MTM 1+.

I have Bob Pastore's 1+, which some people claim to be an MTM clone.  18mpg
is probably the worst I've measured, and that's what I get if I run a whole
tank without leaving town because I often boost in 2nd and 3rd.

But most tanks average 22 or 23 mpg for me (mixed driving).

I have NEVER measured the 26+ mpg some people claim.  The extra 3 or 4 mpg
means giving up awesome 80+ 5th gear pulls
