I believe the folks that did Bill Gates job would federalize one for
you too, Dave. You better retain an attorney if you import one that
is only 15 years old. I believe bumpers would be a small issue in
bringing the RS2 into compliance. It could have an objectionable
effect on the appearance though. I have heard that getting an EPA
certification would take a little effort and cash. That's just what I
have heard.
