I understand that you think that is what it says and that you think  
you can interpret the meaning and application of those regulations.  I  
also understand that you think you could
never be wrong.  But, even if we are both wrong or both right, it does  
not matter to anyone on this list, or anyone wanting an RS2 vehicle in  
the US, because they are not going to
get one.  yet.
