[s-cars] HID conversion kits

A lot of guys from quattroworld run this setup (myself included).  It's a
pretty nice product and I haven't heard about any issues.  It looks like the
same box/brand that VVME sells and they're a bit cheaper than the place Tom
sent but I don't think they have free shipping.  http://www.vvme.com
