[s-cars] HID conversion kits

I already have inexpensive eBay HID kits in my low beams and fog 
lights and have had good success with them. If the 35 watt kits I 
have presently would come up to full brightness QUICKLY I'd install a 
set in the high beams. Are the 55 watt lights any quicker to fire up 
than the 35 watt lights? If they are fast enough I'd jump at a set 
for the high beams as well.
