[s-cars] HID conversion kits

I recall you did that Bob and were pleased w/ result, my concern w/ OEM is
repeated lame-ness I've experienced with headlight-shell fogs vs. those
mounted more "traditionally" at lower points.

I'm guessing that the OEM fogs become more like "aux headlights" with the
HID setup, vs. a true "low-aimed beam for less reflection" fog light.
What's youre thought on that?
