[s-cars] Fuel line leak: replace or fix?

  Gents,

  I noticed a droplet on the fuel line of my S4 '93, at one of the 
clamps/holders at the mid length of the car.  Smells like gasoline.  Is 
there a write-up on how to fix a leak in the fuel line or replace it? 
How difficult full replacement is?   I remember vaguely I've heard the 
tank must be dropped.  Is this the case?
