But I appreciate more being informed about this impending legislation,

I'll investigate now to find out if this is happening in my state.
Actually, I like this site because of the intelligence and debate
as well as the uniform discussions.....although my 25 and 23 year
old sons were a little alarmed when I started measuring my
back seat in the S6 to see if I could fit car seats back there,
...levity people.
