[s-cars] tread depth across an axle

I once ran 5mm spacers on my 200Q to get 205/55-16's to clear the lower
spring perch. I tried to run with stock lug bolts (4 turns, in engineering
classes, are the supposed amount of threads that carry all tensile loads)
and found that they would loosen up regularly on their own while running the
spacer. Got longer bolts. Problem solved.
