I had been sending mine to Detroit wheel and tire for $130 each for  
refurbishment, which included any repair, straightening, and  
refinishing required.  With $30 for return shipping, the cost adds  
up.  I had not had any done with the polished lip - that could be  
extra.  If you can locate presentable used wheels, that is the way to  
go, except if the used wheels need refinishing.  A used wheel needing  
just refinishing is no bargain - it will still cost $130.  Most shops  
prices are similar to these.  Besides, you aren't going to shop for a  
wheel refinishing based on price as long as they are in the ballpark -  
you are  going to look for someone you trust to do a good job.
