[s-cars] wheel bearing puller

The typical method at the shop is freeze the bearing and hub, heat the
spindle/strut/bearing housing, slip the bearing in, wait for the
bearing to come to room temp, then slip the hub in. Works very well.
With the right amount of heat, and if the bearing was in the freezer
over night, you can litterally slide the bearing in by hand.
