Bill,

two hours really? I predict one hour tops!
Wait.... were you factoring in a beer break or two?

The real trick is unlocking the two fingers that retain the pump in the basket.
When you figure it out it's easy, grab the lines and pull gently/steadily up
While maintaining tension press each "finger" allowing the pump to slide up each time.
When the fingers are no longer above the lip of the pump but instead are pressing on the side, the pump should slide out.

I'd explain pump re installation but that involves the use of a torch.....instead I'll leave that up to Baloney
