Just use your cellphone. :-)

A few months ago I got one of those Verizon/Motorola Droid phones with the
turn by turn navigation. There's good justification behind why Garmin and
TomTom's stock dropped significantly on the day they announced the new cell
phone would have navigation.

So, you've got the Droid for Verizon, and they now have that Nexus One
phone for T-Mobile and I believe you can use it with any GSM carrier like
AT&T.

I've been very happy with my Android-based phones, and in particular the
Droid.

For example. I hadn't been to one of my friend's houses in years, but I
had a set of hard drives to drop off to him. He called me and gave me the
address. I hung up and clicked the "voice" button and said "Navigate to
<his address>". "Turn right at Whatever Street" my phone said. It guided
me there and then when I was about a block away it brought up A PICTURE OF
HIS HOUSE.

And I always have it with me, no matter the car, because it's built into my
phone.

Anyway, that's my suggestion.

There is a nice windshield mount, but I haven't tried it. On the 2005.0
S4 I pull out that "credit card holder" and put it in there. It works
pretty well. There's my Audi content.
