[s-cars] Is it possible to mount a car seat in the center rear seat of an s6 avant?

The issue is that I can't seem to get the belt to "ratchet" after pulling it
all the way out.  My kiddo is 14 months old, so I have done this in 8-9 cars
now with no problem.  Center S6 belt in the avant doesn't seem to ratchet
though...
