[s-cars] Is it possible to mount a car seat in the center rearseat of an s6 avant?

The center belt in my UrS4 doesn't ratchet either.  Not sure when they started putting those belts into the cars, but my '99 (B5) A4 had them.... Anyone? 98 A6 sedans (C5) or 99 Avants?

Thanks for the advice, that mighty tite looks great, after struggling with
my wife to get the seat in tight enough whenever we need to remove it (read:
to clean it) this gadget would allow me to do it single handed!
