So, I responded to the Bilotti~oh emergency call for an RF clear corner and
was most happy to move a $12 part out of the Rosatto bin.

Fast forward to this mornings pre-op meeting for rotator surg on Monday
where I not so happily learn that I can look forward to some sort of nerve
block via a 10 gauge, square needle in the right neck ventrical ...just like
when I gave birth.
So,... then just whenst I strategize to play some defense today, waiting in
my office this morning was this very noice BBilotti surprise:

They tell me I "shouldn't" drink (alcohol) on Saturday, but well then,
