[s-cars] Import performance parts engine build kits

What do you guys think about these engine build kits. The 1099 gets  
you everyhing to rebuild your motor minus the rods. It comes with oem  
full gasket set, oem rod and main bearings. Also included is wiseco  
pistons, rings, and valve stem seals. Seems like a deal. Add a set of  
scats and arp bolts you have a fully built engine for 2000 plus  
labor...opinions needed. Of course valves, springs, and retainers, and  
locks would need to be purchased to complete to deal.

What do you guys think? I really want to rebuild the motor before I  
think about putting together a turbo kit. About to pull the triger on  
this so and I believe it will cover my needs for a comprehensive motor  
build at the best price out there. Any thoughts?
