[s-cars] HID frog light conversion

I ran this whole thing down a few years ago... The only issue with feeding
from marker lights is that that circuit is very heavily loaded already.
However if you are relaying the new HID's anyway it would be perfectly fine.
That said you probably don't NEED to relay the HID's, particularly if you're
going low wattage (HID's don't pull that many watts for the light you get so
you can go lower wattage aka less current draw and still get much more light
resulting... )

To explicity clarify whats implicitly been said already: the frog relay in
C4/UrS is ONLY FOR HIGH BEAM CUTOUT. Therefore if you jumper it, you should
be defeating highbeam cutout.

I mention that beause most of the time it seems people want instead to
hot-wire the frogs so they can be used without low-beamers on vs. with the
high-beams. Then they try to defeat the relay, only to find it doesn't
work.

In that case the solution is a bit more complicated - as someone mentioned
either wiring up a whole new feed, or, there is a shortcut solution you can
do at the fuse box - essentially provide hot power to the fog fuse and then
the rest will all work the same (it's the light switch that cuts out the fog
power in "parking light" position, whereas then the relay is used to cut fog
power when high-beams are on... not really brilliant engineering there to
have separate disparate logic systems IMO).

There is a similar hack-mod for I think for B5 or B6 A4's to make fogs hot
all the time, where they do it with a jumper and in-line fuse socket on the
face of the fuse panel (aka no "astronaut position" time rewiring under the
dash, no need to pull fusebox or anything else).. I have always believed
this would work well on our cars although a little less tidy and mil-spec
than my anal retentive OCD brain would prefer...

My "always hot" froglight project stalled however without resolution so I'm
not speaking from complete experience at this time...
