'tis true - this could be the home stretch on getting the silver 95.5 S6

back on the road after years (and years) sitting with a nearly terminal case

of project-scope-creep syndrome.  Think of it as the slippery slope strewn

with large boulders.  Thank goodness my son Jack needed a car or it probably

would have been part of my estate.



 



The car's pretty much back to stock; oil, filters, & coolant's new, but

there's still ancient gasoline in the tank.  I want to simply pump the old

fuel out using the in-tank fuel pump though a hose from fuel filter

connection into a portable container - is there an easy place I can jumper

12V to the wires that lead to the pump?  Once this procedure's done I'll put

the new battery into the car.



 



I feel like I'm trying to re-light the Command Module. anything else I

should be considering?
