 get a can of spray white lithium grease with the red squirter attachment, and go at the locks from the outside.  Pulling lock cylinders apart to lube them sounds like a lot of unnecessary work.  The 'lube' audi uses from the factory is long-life, but at the end of it's life it becomes a glue not a lubricant.  In 20 years of audis, I've never had to pull audi lock cylinders only to lube the discs...  Repeat twice a year after the first application, and you should be fine.
