Well, nothing in my stable currently is that low. :)

That having been said, I know a lot of people buy the HF jacks, 
and whether the mixed feedback is because of the large number of 
jacks out there, or what, I'm not sure.

I *hate* having tools break, so I'm going to buy the OTC. It's 
somewhat heavier than the HF jacks, at 42 lbs versus 25 or so. 
It's also sold by a tools company, and while I think it's made in 
China, I'm hoping that they have designed a solid product. They do 
have a pretty good warranty and customer service. I'm hoping 
(there's that word again) that I don't need to test either. :)
