Unfortunately they have closed all the Pep Boys stores around here some time ago.  Torin still has a website and the same jack is still advertised there.

I believe that Torin brand is sold at Pep Boys, Wylie.  They need to  
be held to the warranty terms they use as a quality claim on the junk  
they sell.

I have a Michelin brand jack I bought at Sam's for the garage heavy  
lifting.  I wouldn't want to carry it around.  The lightweight HF jack  
is a good substitute for the spare tire jack.  It's a lot easier to  
use and I hardly ever need the trunk space.
