[s-cars] A/C Trials and Tribulations

Hey guys,

Just got a call from my tech, and he says that my car was only 1/2 pound low on refrigerant.  He says the compressor is not engaging.....before he gets too far into the diagnosis, is there something electrical, such as a relay that my be the cause, or maybe the clutch is "frozen" or maybe something in the CC diagnostics that would lead us down the right path?  The recirculation flap has not been staying "closed" this summer, when it had been the previous summer.....that any indication of something?
