No option to replace/repair the boot insitu, a decent rebuild (Jorgen) is
the only option unfortunately.  Just DO follow the new instructions that
Jorgen put on their racks thanks to my experience (wrong banjo with
non-return in the wrong port!).

You can get a used one from someone parting a car ....   ;-)
