Tom,

Get yourself an old wire coat hanger, straighten it out and the 
double it over so you have a nice smooth (not sharp) "point" on 
it.  Now get under the car and use your new tool to clean out the 
rubber AC condensate drip tube behind and inboard the RF wheel.  Be 
prepared for a face full of water and debris.  Or you could get smart 
and keep your face out from underneath the water outlet.  (Never 
occurred to me, dontchaknow?)  :-(
