Sorry, it was too long ago, and the reciepts went with the car. I do
remember it ended up less than the listed shop hours (shop was experienced
with all things VAG, and it was my regular shop) so I don't think I got
raped. However, it wasn't cheap. For some reason, somewhere around $250
rings a bell (at their rates back then, about 3.5 hrs).  As I recall,
balancing out my available time, and the price of a second replacement rack
from Jorgen, I felt I came out ahead...$$wise barely, in terms of quality of
life, definitely. At least I wasn't responsible for the 2nd install, either
in terms of my time, or my $$$. It did bother me that the Jorgen rack failed
in the first place, however.
