Javad,
I didn't personally express a negative opinion of you, as my opinion on the whole isn't as such. While I'm impressed by the projects you and 034 have put together over the many years we've both been around Audis, I have also had both direct and indirect (email, forum, list, etc) contact with more than one person that's experienced any number of issues with products purchased from 034 and the service they received after the sale. I had a hunch and merely illicited responses (which knowing the list would probably have been offered up anyway) after someone else asked for the OP to come clean with the vendor's name. As I clearly stated and you confirmed, I personally have never purchased anything from 034. That's certainly not to say that I wouldn't, even based on the recently expressed experience(s) of others, as I'm sure there are plenty of good ones out there that we seldom hear about because they're often taken for granted. I realize and appreciate your unique place in the market, and understand that in business there are limits to what you can do to accomodate a customer. But as a business owner myself, I know I've had to do things which I would rather have not done (from a cost standpoint), but did them anyway as a show of good faith, especially if it was a client that I or one of my agents has had multiple transactions with. I've got a bullet with a few teeth marks in it.

As far as the idiot (and I should have referred to him as such based on the nature of his ad) that posted the slam in the marketplace, fortunately he doesn't seem like the sharpest knife in the drawer.

I'm sorry I helped to unscrew the lid off a can of worms, especially since it's not my can.

Wylie, I was surprised to see your negative reaction to us, and did look and was able to verify that you've never purchased anything from us. If you ever need any part
or technical advice, we are here to help, I mean that sincerely. Likewise, if you would be willing to reach out to me, I'd love to speak with you via phone to get a better
understanding of the negative things you've heard so that I can work to resolve them if possible.

If I could have the chance to explain why we're being "bashed" in the marketplace...

This particular customer purchased the following cam gear from us:http://www.034motorsport.com/engine-components-audi-i5-20vt-cam-gear-i5-20vt-aanabyadu-applications-p-19791.html

After installing it, or attempting to, he shipped the pulley back to us with stripped hardware and claimed the gear was made from "inferior materials" and demanded a full refund.
The part was scratched, clearly installed and most of the allen heads were stripped. We offered to replace the hardware for him and ship it back, and advised him on proper
installation of this part. There is no reason the allen bolt heads should strip, I've installed these gears successfully on engines my self, we've shipped over 100 world wide w/o
a single complaint, etc. I brought up some possible reasons why he might be having a problem but never heard a reply from the customer.

Apparently this response was completely unreasonable to him, despite the fact that the gear is made out of billet 6061 aluminum, CNC machined, with high quality grade 8.8 hardware,
he refused to take any responsibility for the mistakes he made installing it. He felt, instead of taking our advice and assistance, that it would be best to bash us on the market
place.

He has since apologized in an email to us, and we are again working with him towards a resolution.

Thank you,

Javad Shadzi

Note - [If you reply, please cc me as I am not currently receiving
emails from the list, thank you]

Not that I've ever ordered from the alleged vendor, but I've also heard
stories, and there's a disgruntled individual slamming them on the
Audifans mktplc right now.
