Nawww doing all the right parts is ridiculously easy (10 minutes a side? if
that? 5? 3? all depending on if you need to replace plastic clips or not...)
and completely cheap for Audi parts, in return for having it look completely
new and perfect. Just fix it right, probably take you 10x longer to fudge
up a half-ass fix that would look 1/2 crap anyway.
BTW, I posted this some time ago but still true:
If anybody needs the plastic clips I have a bag of 'em from doing my fronts
that I never needed. Am traveling so can't send 'em out for a couple weeks
but when I get back I'd be happy to get them in the hands of somebody who
needed 'em...
