The sooner the better. If there is indeed a "hard slip" occurring
even sporadically
It means the belt is really bad or the compressor is headed for
failure. It could be
making metal already; something you really don't want. You want to
write down
the code and then clear it to determine if the event still happens.
If it is just the belt,
that could be bad also since belt pieces can fly everywhere.
