[s-cars] summer tires

Had the Sumitomos, also liked them a lot.   Am running Yokohama X-Drives right now on the Ur-S Fuchs and am really happy too. Set of 4 installed for ~$100/tire.

I can second the Sumi HTR ZII but I didn't steal them! Had them on one
season and quite happy with performance.
