[s-cars] [urq] Weird urq behavior - new data

1st I should mention that on my car every sensor on the engine is new.
Not that it precludes a component failure, but is less likely.
I have struggled with some grounds. A lot under my hood is powder
coated. Not good for grounding.
I think I have all that straightened out.
Since my car no longer would start, troubleshooting is much easier.
At lunch I went outside with a multi-meter and a jumper wire for the
fuel pump relay.
I jumped the relay and the pump did not run.
I have a 2nd relay under the rear seat.
I check there, there is power and that relay is operating OK.
I crawl under the car and find if I wiggle the fuel pump, it comes on.
Basically what happened is the plastic connector was tight to turn, but
did not bottom out on the connector, so it left the wire loose. I
removed it and put a little oil on the wire so that the plastic would
turn more easily and was able to tighten it all the way.
Now the car runs.
I still have a running problem as far as full throttle acceleration, but
that is for another post.
At least I don't need to call AAA to get home.
