Ben - my understanding is that the NF block will result in compression
numbers in the 6's - don't remember the specifics right now.

7A block will give you what you want - but you'll need a compression
dropping hg.

I've also heard folks putting an MC-2 under a 3b head, but that's also
low compression (they ran 30lbs boost)...got lag?

Vittorio -

What's involved in using an NF block as a substitute for the 3B? Just
the
034Headgasket? I have 3B with a rod poking into the exhaust manifold
due to over-rev
with no load when the cruise control rod slipped and jammed WOT.

I have an NF block sitting here and complete rebuild kit on hand bought
and paid for, so
thought I could use this as a replacement at least in the short term

Ultimately the car may get a twin-turbo 3.7l V8 I'm building, but need
something to get
this 200 on the road quickly.

Ben
