Finally, I think I solved my occasional mis-fire.
Unfortunately, I don't think it will help Steve with his problem.
As previously stated, my car is a 3B, so my engine wiring harness is
from a 200.
well, there are a bunch of wires that are not needed in the urq
application.
e.g. some ECU to instrument cluster wires.
Last Friday I took a look at the bundle of unconnected wires and found 2
brown wires.
At this point there is no way to determine where these 2 unterminated
go.
I thought that when I put everything together I connected all grounds,
but apparently not.
I crimped on a connector and hooked them up to a ground stud and I am
mis-fire free for about 150 miles now.
