[s-cars] what's the low-down on dealer keys from codes now?

Gentz;

Local dealer (Maple Hill motors) says codes for keys weren't "kept on file" until 1999.
Recommended the obvious solution of going to a lock smith who can pull a lock and
read the codes to then make a key.
