[s-cars] what's the low-down on dealer keys from codes now?

Thanks Scott - I was afraid of that (no keycodes from dealers). I've heard
you don't need to pull the whole cylinder to get the code for it sometimes
but don't know if that applies to Audi products. I bet you're right about
the cost ($100+ or so...)
