[s-cars] Fire extinguisher mounting, B5 A4

Teddy,

Thanks...the only challenge with the seat bolt mounting is that it 
will severely limit the seat adjustability. Either the bottle is 
way forward of the seat when it's back, or the seat won't slide 
forward very much.
