[s-cars] brake shudder

Definitely- I've had this problem several times now with the V70R, which has
996tt sized brakes front and rear.

Pad composition is the big thing- I think Hawk HPS definitely are not well
suited to the car- I get this issue quite often.

Axxis Deluxe did not do that, but they also felt like they didn't stop at
all with light to moderate brake pressure.

The OE pads, which are super dusty (I think Ate or Textar) do not do this,
do not squeal, but dust like crazy.
