$84 per tire in a 225/50/16 on Tirerack.com. My wife's C4 A6 may 
need new summer tires (all season) before the end of the summer 
and new snow tires next fall. She is on her second set of Toyo 
Proxes4 tires. Good tire, don't seem to wear as well as I'd like, 
but I should check their history before I make a definitive 
statement.

Sumitomos are a possiblity. Bridgestone AS, same Toyos again...
