Whatever advice you get from the cheeseman, do the opposite.  : > )  The
rentals at the ring are what you want since the package is set up for  
driving on
the ring.  That means reserving your rental now.

The rental agencies at the airport are trying just about everything to  
exclude
the ring from coverage.
