[s-cars] 95 avant doors, in black, please

You want A6 or S6 door shells- they are identical, sedan or Avant. I
wouldn't recommend 100/S4 door shells- they don't interchange 100% because
the mid-door trim mounting is different. The 100/S4 has a single row of
holes for the thinner, rubber mid-door trim, whereas the A6/S6 has 2 sets of
holes for the wider, plastic mid-door trim. I have retrofitted A6/S6 trims
to S4s to eliminate the rust-prone rubber trims, but I wouldn't do the
opposite.
As someone else mentioned, the window frames are different but you can swap
over your existing ones. Front doors are 100% interchangeable, as are all 4
door cards.
