[s-cars] Track car oil

Those who know me know I run a 1990 e30 track car with an M20 2.5L I6 motor.  The car regularly sees 6000+ rpm at the track during HPDE events.  I had been running Mobil 1 15w-50 Extended Performance, but cannot find it anymore.  Since the car really only sees track use (maybe 1500 miles per year), I change the oil at the start of every season.  I am willing to use a high end oil since it would be only a yearly expense and would like to protect the motor as best I can.  Any suggestions?
