[s-cars] Problem vibration in the front end?

Bushings all LOOK good - after all the car only has 20K miles. I suspect
the control arms- always a weak point.

But I also think that the questions raised by Andrew and Robert have rung
another bell: when I have the car sitting on a slope or coasting very
slowly, I feel or perhaps sense something dragging in the drive train. Not
pronounced but almost as if all the diffs were locked which I don't believe
them to be. Certainly no sign from the indicators. That leads me to think
I need to get the booties off the CVJs; and look at the calipers. Could
easily have a sticking piston.

In that connection I am not sure how locking the center or rear would affect
the front end? The car does not (unfortunately) have a front LSD.

As for all of you that want it - Its mine ! mine mine mine! I love it. So
ugly and squat and a fear generating chaser of Mustangs and other inferior
species.

However its still not rated as a "Collector Car" by SCM, B-J or Hagertys',
which baffles me. But anyway it now proudly wears TX vintage plates with no
inspection requirement.

As always thanks guys. I recognize all of you as long term players on these
lists. I know I have been here since 1989 (quattro and urq at least) and
that feels like half a life time!

Colin
